LOBSTER MENU

A la Carte Menu of the Auberge Provençale

STARTERS: 16,50 euros

- Homemade duck foie gras and its interpretation with olives, onion jam and raisin bread.
- Dome of home-smoked salmon on salad, sour cream sauce.
- Sea-bass tartar and shrimps marinated in lime juice and olive oil, with grapefruits.

  

 

FISH: 29,50 euros

- Whole lobster out of the shell, gratiné, fresh pasta.
- Whole lobster out of the shell, with vegetables and drizzled with olive oil.
- Grilled sea-bass fillet with pastas and crisp vegetables, basil sauce.

 

MEAT: 29,50 euros

- Oven roasted rack of lamb, garlic
and mashed potatoes.
- Fillet of beef, potato dumplings, parmesan
and peppered sauce.
- Braised and grilled lamb sweetbreads with green pepper sauce.

 CHEESE AND DESSERTS:
from 6,50 euros to 12,50 euros

- Goat cheese with tapenade (olive purée) and spattered olive oil.
- Lemon tart and its sherbet, coulis of citrus fruits.
- Trio of homemade panna cotta.
