The Auberge Provençale

As if inspired by a Cezanne painting, the Auberge Provençale is set at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, in a past post relay. Recently renovated, this little provençal mas is more than two hundred years old. It has conserved exposed beams and a fireplace that works all winter long. The restaurant comprises two lovely rooms and a small terrace that allows sun adepts to benefit by nice days. Mentionned in many gastronomic guides and magazines, the Auberge Provençale offers tasty dishes that are mainly elaborated with local products. As often as possible, olive oil and fresh farm produces are chosen to enter the composition of the menu. Trying to please all tastes and appetites, our menu presents choices between french tradition and provençal specialities, and different formulas. Some of our specialities -duck liver, smoked salmon- are proposed for sale. Our wine list also privileges the South of France -with constant care about quality.
