- Almond gazpacho (ajoblanco) and tomato mousse.
- Cod terrine with pine nuts and raisins,
aïoli sauce.

- Beef cheek stew and mashed potatoes.

The Chef establishes this menu with market products. It's a surprise in
three dishes + cheese + dessert.
On request, its ingredients can be revealed to you.

GOURMET MENU
39 euros

- Our homemade duck foie gras (+ 5 €) and its interpretation with olives, onion jam and raisin bread.
- Tartar of smoked and fresh salmon with cauliflower, jackstraws of vegetables
and saur cream sauce.
- Poultry broth with ravioli, mushroom cream and julienne vegetables.

- Soft steamed sea-bream with pastas and crisp vegetables, basil sauce.
- Traditional veal trotter stuffed with lentils cooked in foie gras.
